Project Name: CONSTRUCTION and OPERATION OF INDUSTRIAL WASTE THERMAL DISPOSAL PLANT (BOT Project)

Construction & Commissioning Period : 3 years

Area: 10 Ha

Waste amount: min. 33.000 ton/year (~ 100 t/d)

Types of wastes: Combustible plastic wastes, used oils, pharmaceutical and cosmetic wastes, medical waste, petrochemical waste, PVC, solvent, paint, glues, treatment plant sludges etc.

Explosive and radioactive materials shall not be accepted.

Types of feeding systems: Bunker feed, vessel feed, liquid feed and particular liquid feed.

Main units of the plant: Temporary storage area, rotary kiln incinerator, cogeneration unit (optional), waste gas treatment and emission monitoring, wastewater treatment, ash and cinder collection.

Other details:

• Temperature in 1^st incineration room shall be 800 – 900^oC and 1000 - 1200 ^oC in 2^nd incineration room.
• Contact time in incineration process shall be taken as minimum 2,50 sec.
